Based on recommendations from your therapist, we may run bloodwork in order to gain more information to help meet your individual needs & wellness goals. This complete wellness blood panel will access numbers not usually ordered at a yearly routine exam from your physician, including a full hormone panel if that is recommended.
Wellness Injectables & Supplements
At The Practice, we are committed to assisting our clients in reaching their whole health goals. We offer access to wellness injectables and supplements when recommended by your licensed healthcare provider, based on your specific concerns and wellness plan.
Psychiatric Medication Management
Working alongside your healthcare provider, our Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioners can assist in many ways regarding your medication management, including: writing prescriptions, individual consultations, follow-up & maintenance, psych evaluations and regular monitoring & re-assessments as needed.
